Recreational Gymnastics Class Program
These classes are for children in 1st – 12th grade. They teach the fundamentals of boys and girls gymnastics in a fun environment that supports their growth and development. These classes will also enhance development of motor skills, coordination, flexibility and strength.
Girls Program
The program will include basic gymnastics with the primary training focused on strength, flexibility, and coordination. Each individual will be encouraged to establish goals and then be shown, through skill level progressions, how to achieve these goals. The women’s program will include basic gymnastics skills taught in the areas of floor, uneven bars, beam, vault, and trampoline, and Tumble Track. The program is set up to start at level 1 and as skill level progresses, so will the level in which your child will train. Levels one, and two are one hour long and children come once a week. If you are eager and would prefer twice a week we can accommodate that as well. After mastering level two we have a preteam level that will get you ready for the competition levels if desired. The first level of competition is level three. Our gymnastics programs are taught by our attentive and enthusiastic staff. Staffs are required to be safety certified and must have had gymnastics training. We pride ourselves in our commitment to provide your child with a positive gymnastics experience.
