Capitol City Gymnastics offers two weekly opportunities for athletes to participate in open gym.
Monday morning open gym
On Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., CCG is the perfect place for little kids who need to burn off energy and want to practice their gymnastics skills (or whose grown-ups just need to make it to nap time). Monday open gym is also an excellent opportunity for homeschooled students, or students with the day off from school, to have fun on our bars, beams, rings, pommel horse, vault, climbing rope, spring floor, and foam pit. All participants in our Monday open gym must be accompanied by a supervising adult. The cost is $10.00 for one child, plus $5.00 for each additional sibling.
Friday night open gym
On Fridays from 7:30-10:00 p.m., we host an open gym for kids looking to close out their week in a healthy and fun way. Friday nights, our recreational gymnasts and members of our competitive teams take the lead on their individual training. Sometimes, a little extra time in the gym is all they need to reach their next goal! We also welcome non-members and kids with no gymnastics experience. Whether you’re turning flips on the beam or you’ve never set foot in a gymnastics facility, this time is for you. Though their grown-ups are welcome to stay, participants age seven and older may be dropped off. Anyone younger than age seven must be accompanied by a supervising adult. The cost to participate is $10.00 per participant.

Waiver required
Before participating, all minors who play and train at our facility must submit a completed copy of our registration form and waiver, signed by a parent or legal guardian. Copies of this form are only available at the gym.
